How it Works:

  2. File a Return/Refund Request: To do this, follow these steps: a. Go to “My Orders” and click on “Order Detail.” b. Select the item(s) you wish to return/refund. c. Share your reason for return to help us serve you better in the future. d. Upload any relevant information or evidence when required. e. Click “Submit” to initiate the return/refund process. Please note that if the return is made due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the related return shipping fee.
  3. If you did not setup an account please contact customer support with your inquiry and we can get this situation resolved.
  4. Get Refunded: Once your return/refund request is reviewed and found eligible for the Buyer Protection Program, you will be refunded for the item(s) in question.
